On the instructions of the city akim, the implementation of the concept of modernization of the Koksai microdistrict began last year. As part of the renovation program, the relocation of residents of dilapidated and dilapidated apartment buildings is being successfully implemented.

Today, the keys to new apartments were handed over to residents of house No. 9 on MPS Street in the mentioned microdistrict. The mayor of Shymkent Gabit Syzdykbekov specially attended the event and handed over the keys to new apartments to eight families. Congratulating the residents on their new homes, the mayor noted that the renovation program will provide citizens with quality housing, improve the architectural appearance of the city, and also modernize the engineering infrastructure.

It should be noted that, in accordance with the terms of the program, the owners of dilapidated housing will receive apartments of equal size and number of rooms in the new building. The residential buildings will be delivered in a ready-made state. Since the implementation of this concept began, 22 families in the Koksai microdistrict have moved into new apartments.
