Akim of the Akmola region Marat Akhmetzhanov, during a working trip to the Burabay district, got acquainted with the construction of housing in the city of Shchuchinsk and visited a filter manufacturing enterprise.
According to representatives of the construction company, repairs are being carried out on the apartments purchased by the district akimat. Currently, it is planned to purchase 100 apartments for socially vulnerable groups from two housing complexes.
"By purchasing ready-made apartments, a unique opportunity has arisen to reduce the queue of people in need of housing. In addition, these houses are of higher quality than those built at the expense of the budget. This measure will improve the housing conditions of large families, orphans, disabled people and other socially significant categories of residents. The house is located in the city, all communications are connected, and there are social facilities nearby. Last year, 200 apartments were purchased, and this year there will be no less than this volume," the head of the region noted.
One of the most important issues for the population is the availability of housing. It is worth noting that last year, as a result of the construction of houses and the purchase of apartments in the Burabay district, the housing situation of 178 families improved. In total, 850 apartments were purchased in the region last year.
The head of the region also visited Asiafilter Inc LLP, which produces industrial filters for dust and gas purification, ventilation and liquid filtration systems.
According to Commercial Director Ruslan Balmagambetov, the enterprise is the only manufacturer of industrial filters in Kazakhstan. The company was founded as a supplier in 2011, and in 2019 launched its own production, which employs 40 local employees.
“Our products are used in the energy, metallurgy, chemical and food industries. In total, we produce four types of filters: filters for purifying air entering buildings (administrative buildings, hospitals, schools, etc.); air bag filters (for purifying emissions from industrial enterprises); bag filters for liquid filtration (used in the food industry); filter cloth for separating small solid particles from liquids (used in the production of precious metals). That is, our filters can be used in various enterprises, from light to heavy industry,” explained R. Balmagambetov.
Previously, industrial filters were purchased mainly from Europe, and delivery took up to two months. This situation changed with the creation of the Asiafilter Inc company. Many enterprises of Kazakhstan have become its regular partners. For example, in the Akmola region, these are gold mining companies “RG Gold” LLP and “Altyntau Kokshetau” JSC. Products are also exported to Kyrgyzstan and Russia. Last year, a representative office was opened in the capital of Uzbekistan.
This year, additional production lines will be launched at the enterprise, and it is planned to produce new types of filters for the food industry.
Marat Akhmetzhanov supported the enterprise’s plans and noted its importance in the development of the Kazakhstani content.
