Illegally constructed buildings are being demolished in the Family Park residential complex under construction in Astana. The court made this decision, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.

The Astana City Department of Environmental Quality and Control previously conducted an unscheduled inspection of the "Family Park" facility against the developer "Orken 777" LLP.

According to the results of the inspection, deviations from the approved project were identified, and in this regard, an order was issued to eliminate violations. However, the customer did not fulfill these requirements, as a result of which a claim was filed with the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Astana.

Currently, the requirements of the claim have been satisfied.

Currently, work is being carried out to demolish the illegal construction together with the state bailiff.
