In accordance with the instructions of the regional akim, a working group has been created in the Turkestan region to conduct extensive explanatory work on state support programs for entrepreneurship in districts and cities.
The working group is composed of employees of the Regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry, the Department of Agriculture, the management of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, Ontustik AIO LLP, and Yrys MFI LLP.
The main goal is to conduct explanatory work on measures to support entrepreneurs in the districts.
Currently, explanatory work has been carried out in Maktaaral, Zhetysai, Shardara, Keles, Saryagash, Kazygurt, Sauran, Ordabasy, Otrar districts and the cities of Turkestan, Kentau, and Arys. There, residents of the district asked their questions to the responsible specialists and received rational answers, and state programs and financial support mechanisms for the development of entrepreneurship were presented.
Explanatory work will also be carried out in the remaining districts and cities.
Support measures provided to entrepreneurs:
State grants and subsidies - the opportunity to receive non-refundable funds for young and newly-starting entrepreneurs.
Provision of preferential loans - obtaining loans at low interest rates within the framework of the "Business Roadmap - 2025" and "Economy of Simple Things" programs.
Provision of guarantees and financial support - obtaining a loan guarantee through the "Damu" fund.
Training in the basics of entrepreneurship - obtaining knowledge on creating a business plan and effectively running a business through the "Bastau Business" project.
Infrastructural support - the opportunity to work in industrial zones and industrial parks on preferential terms.
Export support - assistance in entering foreign markets and reducing logistics costs subsidies.
During the meeting, entrepreneurs raised their topical issues in the fields of agriculture, manufacturing, trade and services and received specific answers from industry experts. In particular, the topics of developing agricultural cooperatives, participating in government orders and registering land plots were hotly discussed.
Such meetings are important for entrepreneurs and farmers in developing their businesses. Representatives of the board noted that work on promoting entrepreneurship in the region will continue in the future.
