The Ministry of Transport is constantly working to expand the geography of flights and increase the number of flights on existing routes.
This year Starting from May 29, the Kazakh airline "SCAT" plans to open a new route to Egypt on the Shymkent - Cairo route.
The flights will be operated twice a week (on Mondays and Wednesdays) on Boeing 737-800 and Boeing MAX 8 aircraft.
The opening of air traffic is expected to contribute to the further development of cooperation between the two countries.
