The Astana city championship in asyk shooting was held at the Aspan sports complex, the official website of the capital's akimat reported.
The traditionally organized championship was attended by teenagers born in 2009-2011, who competed in the games "Shenber" and "Bes taban".
"11 teams, a total of 47 players, are participating in the Astana city open championship. In addition to sports complexes in our city, one of the English-language educational institutions - "Kuantu" school - also showed interest in participating in the championship. The winners of this competition will receive a ticket to the republican championship," said the chief judge of the competition, Dulat Omarov.
The participant of the competition, a student of school No. 84 in the capital, Nuralkhan Sagyndyk, has been participating in this type of competition for three years, and his achievements are not small.
"I started playing asyk since the 4th grade. I came to the national sport at the invitation of a friend. "I participated in city competitions in the Kazakh national game twice and won 1st place in both. I also took 1st place in the national league and 3rd place in the republican championship," he said, adding that this sport, which was not popular at first, later became widespread among young people.
Among the participants in the competition, there are also candidates for master of sports.
