Entrepreneurs in Shymkent are obliged to improve their territories and maintain cleanliness. The beautification and cleanliness of the city are everyone's responsibility. In this regard, the requirements for maintaining the cleanliness of the territory of business facilities in the city have been strengthened. The surroundings of each business entity must be landscaped and comply with sanitary requirements.
In order to fulfill these requirements, entrepreneurs have been issued a landscape passport. Today, about 3,000 business entities have passed the passporting, and this work has been fully completed. District akimats will monitor compliance with the landscape rules since March 1. Administrative liability is provided for in case of violation of the requirements. This measure is being implemented in accordance with Article 505 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
A landscaped and clean city is a comfortable environment for all residents. Let's contribute together to beautifying Shymkent and turning it into a beautiful and well-groomed city!
