Akim of Abay region Berik Uali got acquainted with the work of the "Ortalyk" boiler house in Ayagoz city during a working trip to Ayagoz district.
This boiler house provides heat to 57 multi-storey buildings, 13 social facilities, 8 budget organizations and 174 commercial facilities. Last year, funds were allocated from the regional budget, and 3 boiler houses underwent current repairs. Last year, 4.2 kilometers of heating networks in the city were replaced. According to the regional Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services, 10 kilometers of heating networks in the district center require modernization. To increase the capacity of the "Ortalyk" boiler house, 3 boiler houses need major repairs.
"We are currently reviewing the regional budget. We will consider the issue of allocating funds for the modernization of boiler houses in Ayagoz city," said the regional akim.
The head of the region also visited the power supply station of the "United Energy Service Company" JSC in the city. Having familiarized himself with the project-plan of the institution, he noted the importance of the work on the modernization of electrical systems for the population.
