From February, 20 to March 19, 2025, Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region held the regional distance learning competition “Jasandy Intellekt - 2025” for 8th to 11th graders

of schools of the region.

Artificial intelligence is a set of technological solutions designed to simulate human cognitive functions (including self–learning and problem-solving without pre-programmed algorithms), achieving results comparable to human intellectual activity when performing specific tasks. The complex of technological solutions includes information and communication infrastructure, software (including those using machine learning methods), data processing and problem-solving services. The competition aimed to promote artificial intelligence technologies, project activities, and scientific-technical creativity among children and youth. 9 competitive applications were submitted for the competition.

Following the evaluation of entries by the Expert Commission, the winners are:

I place - Aizere A. Akzholtayeva, a 9th grader of Abai Secondary School, Ulan district.

II place - Artur N. Zvonov, an 8th grader of Regional Specialized School Lyceum for Gifted Children in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, Ust-Kamenogorsk city.

III place - Aisulu D. Daniyarova, Adiya A. Zhumagazy, 10th graders of Oralkhan Bokey Lyceum No. 44, Ust-Kamenogorsk city.
