The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that as part of the launch of the new Integrated Tax Administration System (ISDA), the Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy module has been implemented and launched, which provides for the digitization of business processes of rehabilitation and bankruptcy procedures, and the ISNA Taxpayer's Office subsystem has also been launched, where a workplace has been created for administrators of procedures in order to interact electronically with the authorized body and creditors. In this subsystem, administrators of bankruptcy rehabilitation procedures have implemented functionality in the form of generating and sending information messages (announcements) to the authorized body, electronically receiving claims from creditors and reviewing them, electronically receiving notifications from the authorized body based on the results of preventive control without visiting the subject of control, decisions on non-compliance with the notification, notices of violations identified by the results preventive control (administrator) without visiting the subject of control, which cannot be eliminated, receiving information from the authorized body on the availability and numbers of bank accounts, on balances and on the movement of money in these accounts in relation to debtors and electronic provision of current reports, etc.

Electronic document management allows you to dramatically improve and speed up the interaction of administrators and the authorized body, send reports at any time of the day, without visiting the state revenue authority, and save reports in electronic form.
