Riga, March 18, 2025 – The Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Latvia, Dauren Karipov, held a meeting with the management of the Riga Investment and Tourism Agency.

During the discussion, special attention was paid to the exchange of experience in developing tourism infrastructure and attracting investment in this sector. The parties discussed the adaptation of successful Latvian practices in Kazakhstan and vice versa, including digital tools for promoting tourist destinations and measures to support private businesses.

The Ambassador emphasized that Kazakhstan is actively developing its tourism industry and is ready to offer attractive conditions for foreign partners to implement joint projects. He noted the rapid growth of Kazakhstan’s tourism sector, which contributes to strengthening international cooperation and increasing tourist flows.

Both sides expressed their interest in further strengthening bilateral cooperation and implementing joint projects.
