On March 19, 2025, the head of the Department for Intellectual Property Rights, D.S. Khusainova, and the inspector of the IPUP OMPS SOP UP Kostanay, Sh.T. Sermenova, conducted a class hour on the topic "Rights" for students of the 9th grade of the Basic Secondary School No. 122 in Kostanay as part of the proactive role of the state in providing legal information and legal education for the younger generation. and the duties of schoolchildren", "Bullying".
   During the class hour, a blitz survey was conducted in a playful way on knowledge of legislation, the rights and duties of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as children according to
Convention on the Rights of the Child.
   Summing up the results of the event, we summarized the knowledge of schoolchildren about their rights and duties and decided to foster a negative attitude towards illegal acts, to foster respect for the rights of other people and to promote the formation of an active lifestyle.
