About changes in the rules of non-cash payments
29.03.2025 18:01:30 1501Since January 13, 2025, the international standard ISO 20022 for payment systems has been implemented in Kazakhstan, which has led to changes in the rules for non-cash payments.
Now, payment orders have new columns for indicating the "Actual payer" and "Money sender".
According to the Rules, when a legal entity pays payments to the budget, as well as OPV, OPVR, OPPV and SO to the State Social Insurance Fund, deductions and (or) contributions to the FSMS for its separate division, the name of the separate division of the legal entity for whose obligations the payment is made is indicated in the "Actual payer" column, and its BIN is indicated in the "IIN (BIN)" column.
The rules also stipulate that when a bailiff pays payments to the budget for the debtor's obligations in the "Actual payer" column, the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the debtor for whom the payment is made is indicated, as well as his IIN in the "IIN (BIN)" column.
Important: when filling out the information, correctly indicate the IIN/BIN in the payment documents for the correct distribution of payments.
