Kazakhstan Agency of International Development "KazAID" announces a competition for the vacant position of ‘Senior Manager of Monitoring and Administration Department’. Part-time work, willingness to travel, knowledge of Turkish language is welcome.

Qualifications:

higher education - construction, industrial and civil construction, finance and audit in construction;

at least 5 years of work experience in the construction industry and/or design;

PC knowledge - AutoCad, reading schemes and drawings, MS Office, MS Project, Outlook, Excel;

expert certificates in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities;

availability of expert certificates in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities;

knowledge of technical aspects of construction and design, including knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods, engineering systems, etc...;

ability to prepare and verify construction estimates.
