The Agency has approved the executives in the securities market:

  1. Elvira Sarsenbayeva for the position of head of the executive body, member of the executive body in the securities market (minutes №304/РЦБ/Т dated April 23, 2026).
  2. Nurlan Ongarbayev for the position of the Independent Director, member of the governing body of «ForteFinance» JSC (minutes №305/РЦБ dated April 24, 2026).
  3. Ruslan Zerilov for the position of a member of the executive body of BCC Invest JSC (subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (minutes №306/РЦБ/Т dated April 28, 2026).
