In the Alginsky district, 75 children with disabilities studied in the office of psychological and pedagogical correction for 35 minutes instead of the prescribed 45.
The contracts between parents of children with disabilities and the office of psychological and pedagogical correction illegally provided for the termination of the contract if the child failed to appear within two weeks.
In addition, the contracts did not provide for remote remedial classes for children who cannot attend weekly lessons.
In Kargaly district, 13 children with disabilities are not provided with technical support (compensatory) facilities and (or) special means of transportation in accordance with their individual program.
According to the act of the prosecutor's supervision, the rights of 88 children with disabilities were restored, officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
