Since the beginning of 2025, 22.5 thousand citizens, including about 17.6 thousand unemployed people, have received certificates of completion of online courses on the Skills Enbek vocational training platform (hereinafter - the Platform). A total of 527,500 Kazakhstanis are registered on the platform, 28,800 of them were registered in 2025. At the same time, 433,400 people were trained during the entire period of the platform.
Out of 17,600 unemployed citizens, about 4,400 are mainly young people of Aktobe, Turkestan, Kostanay regions and the city of Shymkent. There are also courses from Courstore, Fluent Education and Yandex Kazakhstan partners with the possibility of transferring to educational sites for further study.
Duration of courses is from 1 to 72 hours.
The most popular courses in February are "Insurance agent", "Cashier", "Building a sales office in a hotel", "Basic communication and rules of communication with people with disabilities and special needs" and "Prodavets".
The platform provides social services, tourism, oil, gas, resource extraction, jurisprudence, etc. the number of free courses on various specialties in the fields is constantly increasing.
As previously reported, the Platform is aimed at increasing the level of education and professionalism of the population, stimulating career development and promoting the concept of "lifelong learning". It is created similar to international training platforms that offer access to online courses on the principle of a marketplace - a market of services.
Learning can be accessed through the link https://skills.enbek.kz/ or by selecting the "Online learning" section in the Electronic Labor Exchange (enbek.kz).
On the platform, the learner independently chooses the appropriate pace and language of learning, the convenient principle of providing the material, and can monitor his progress in the educational process.
Education advantages for the student: search for advanced courses, clear structure of the lesson, control of the learning process and quick interaction with the course authors.
After the study, the student must pass a test with a minimum level of 70%. Upon successful completion of the online course, a skills mastery certificate will be issued. A mandatory condition for completing the course is the evaluation of the course by the learner. Offers of vacant jobs on Enbek.kz have been added for the skills acquired while downloading the certificate.
The received certificate will be automatically displayed in the resume created by the learner when registering on Enbek.kz. When searching for employees, a potential employer can see certificates obtained after successful training on the Platform.
Platform online courses for authors and developers are free. Courses can be placed in the state and Russian languages, and there should be different formats of information: text, presentation, video and audio materials, infographics and other types. The platform assumes the possibility of adapting the interface for students with special needs.
A convenient lesson designer for course authors, available for viewing statistics and effectiveness of published courses, various designs of certificates are provided, as well as an online calculator for pre-calculating the cost of training.
