Within the framework of the Koksayek district modernization concept in Shymkent, a comprehensive set of measures is being implemented to improve the urban environment and improve the quality of life of residents. One of the key stages of the concept is the relocation of residents of dilapidated houses to new, comfortable homes under the renovation program.
It is worth noting that since the program began, 102 families have relocated. Residents were provided with modern apartments in the Shymkent City and Turan microdistricts. All apartments are fully furnished, fully correspond to the number of rooms in their previous homes, and are ready to move into.
Today, 8 families living in Nurlybayev Street, house number 13, received the keys to their new apartments. The ceremony was attended by the mayor of Shymkent, Gabit Syzdykbekov.
The head of the megapolis congratulated the new residents on this important event and wished them well-being and unity. He also noted that resettling citizens from old houses is one of the priority areas in the development of the city. He emphasized the importance of systematically modernizing the district, noting that these measures are aimed at creating a comfortable and safe environment for all residents.
It should be noted that the modernization of the Koksai district is part of a comprehensive work aimed at developing the infrastructure of the metropolis, improving the urban environment, and creating new opportunities for residents.
