Since the beginning of 2025, 22.5 thousand citizens, including about 17.6 thousand unemployed people, have received certificates of completion of online courses on the Skills Enbek vocational training platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform). A total of 527.5 thousand Kazakhstanis are registered on the platform, 28.8 thousand of whom were registered in 2025. At the same time, 433.4 thousand people have completed training during the entire period of the platform's operation.
Of the 17.6 thousand unemployed citizens who have completed training, about 4.4 thousand are mainly young people from Aktobe, Turkestan, Kostanay regions and the city of Shymkent.
Since the launch of the platform, the authors have published 859 courses in various areas, 313 of which are free. There are also courses from partners Courstore, Fluent Education and Yandex Kazakhstan with the ability to transfer to educational platforms for further study.
The duration of the courses is from 1 to 72 hours.
The most popular courses in February are “Insurance Agent”, “Cashier”, “Building a Sales Department in a Hotel”, “Basics of Communication and Rules of Communication with Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs” and “Salesperson”.
The number of free courses on the platform in various specialties in the fields of social services, tourism, oil, gas, resource extraction, law, etc. is constantly increasing.
As previously reported, the Platform is aimed at increasing the level of education and professionalism of the population, stimulating career development and promoting the concept of “lifelong learning”. It is built on the principle of a marketplace - a market for services, similar to international training platforms that offer access to online courses.
Learning can be accessed via the link https://skills.enbek.kz/ or by selecting the "Online learning" section on the Electronic Labor Exchange (enbek.kz).
On the platform, the student independently chooses a convenient pace and language of learning, a convenient principle of providing material, and can monitor his progress in the educational process.
Benefits for the student: search for advanced courses, a clear structure of the lesson, control of the learning process and quick interaction with the course authors.
After completing the training, the student must pass a test with a threshold of 70%. Upon successful completion of the online course, a certificate of mastery of skills is issued. A mandatory condition for completing the course is the student's assessment of the course. When downloading the certificate, job offers for the skills mastered on Enbek.kz are added.
The certificate received is automatically displayed in the resume created by the student when registering on Enbek.kz. When searching for employees, a potential employer can view certificates received after successful training on the Platform.
Posting online courses on the Platform for authors and developers is free. Courses can be posted in the state and Russian languages, and should be in various formats for providing information: text, presentation, video and audio materials, infographics, and other types. The platform provides for the possibility of adapting the interface for learners with special needs.
There is a convenient lesson builder for course authors, access to statistics and effectiveness of published courses, various certificate designs, as well as an online calculator for preliminary calculation of the cost of training.
We remind you that starting from December 2023, courses can be studied using the Enbek mobile application, which can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.
