The head of the application analysis and control department of the Department of Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the region (hereinafter - the Department of Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the RK BP KShAEK ShKOD) was presented to the council. Tyulentaeva spoke in detail about violations that are often allowed during the registration and review of applications. He explained the necessity and norms of compliance with the requirements of the Code of Administrative Procedure and Procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the principles of accounting and registration of applications, warned about the responsibility of the first leaders for violating the requirements of the legislation.
Heads of state bodies were heard and it was noted that negligence in the work with citizens' applications was sent. During their review, he warned of the importance of analytical work, the need for a systematic approach, and full compliance with the requirements of the legislation.
