As part of efforts to raise the prestige of the judicial profession and to attract qualified personnel to the judicial system, the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted interviews with graduate students of the Academy of Justice.

The young lawyers spoke about their experience of studying at the Academy, shared their motivation when choosing the profession of a judge, and answered questions about the content of the educational program and the prospects after completing their studies.

The interview provided an insight into how the educational process at the Academy of Justice is structured, what inspires future judges, and why they choose this professional path.

The student’s responses reflect the interest of the new generation in developing the legal system and strengthening the institution of judicial power.
