On February 8 of this year, an expanded board meeting of the Department of culture, archives and documentation of Kyzylorda region was held with the participation of adviser to the Akim of Kyzylorda region E. Abdrakhmanov. During the meeting, the results of the Department's work for 2018 and tasks for 2019 were discussed. The board members approved and recommended the management's work plan for 2019. Head of the Department of culture, archives and documentation of the Kyzylorda region, chairman of the board M. Abuova, head of the Kyzylorda Regional Museum of local lore B. Bekmambet, head of the State Archive of the Kyzylorda region N. Kuanysheva and Syrdarya, The heads of the Departments of culture and language development of the relevant districts made reports on the results of their work in the field of culture in karmaksha districts for 2018 and tasks for 2019.

At the board meeting, an award ceremony was held for employees of the industry:

-Member of the Union of Composers and journalists of Kazakhstan, kuishi composer, Art researcher Nurzhanov Baltabay Sarsenbayevich with the badge of the Ministry of Culture and sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Madeniyet salasyn uzdigi" and the certificate of honor of the Kyzylorda region;

- Director of the Museum of the history of rice cultivation named after Ibrai Zhakayev, shieli district, Ikhanova Kuttykyz Shaikovna with the badge" Enbek danky " of the Kazakhstan branch Trade Union of workers of Culture, Sports, Tourism and information;

- Librarians of the regional universal scientific library named after A. Tazhibayev Tsoi Tatyana Dmitrievna and Salieva Orazkul Iyarovna with the badge "excellent Librarian of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Also, for their special contribution to the development of the spiritual and cultural sphere of the Syrdarya Region, 15 employees of the industry were awarded with letters of thanks from the Akim of the region, 27-with letters of thanks from the deputy akim of the region and 31-with letters of thanks from the head of the Department of culture, archives and documentation of the Kyzylorda region.
