On November 21, 2019, within the framework of the implementation of the tasks of the Head of state to promote the concept of "hearing state", a Single (national) day of reception of citizens was held in the akimats of Karasu district. 69 citizens were accepted by akim of the district, villages and rural districts. The largest number of applications were for improving the quality of roads, water supply, lighting, employment, health, education, etc. The reception was held in the presence of Deputy akims, heads of state bodies, law enforcement agencies, public organizations, at the level of rural akims – Directors of schools and kindergartens, houses of culture, district police inspectors, veterinarians, representatives of the post office, heads of FAP and medical centers, large entrepreneurs and agricultural producers. During the reception, citizens were received individually, detailed explanations were given on the solution of the questions asked.
