The village is not far away!

Head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev in his first address "constructive public dialogue – the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan" noted: "the quality of secondary education differs between urban and rural schools. The main problem is the lack of qualified teaching staff in rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the program "with a diploma in the village", to continue working at a new level." This is important in attracting young professionals to work in rural areas, promoting the economic, social, and cultural development of remote localities, as well as in solving unemployment problems and providing housing for young professionals. As part of this program, since the beginning of the year, 3 young specialists have been employed in the secondary school of the village of Rudnichnoye in the city of Tekeli. One of them is English teacher Aizhan Barbanakova.

– You were born and raised in the city of Taldykorgan, and the profession is in demand.
What was the impetus to work in the village?

"Yes, I grew up in the city. Graduated from Almaty University of foreign languages and business career. She has mastered English well. I had the opportunity to find a decent job in the city, of course! But, unfortunately, the life of the village is very close. Mother daughter of Beriktas village of Kerbulak district. On the day of the child, I went to my uncle's village a lot. I am attracted to the vast breath of pure nature, different from life without ear-filled, bustling cities. And then she married a guy in the village. "It's easy, it's hard to be a home" to solve housing problems, raise our children, create conditions for their education, develop communication, develop national traditions and develop. To achieve this goal, the program "with a diploma in the village" helped.

- Tell us about those victims?

– If we have housing, then the dream is that we will work in accordance with the profession and educate the younger generation, then it will be very interesting for me to study and understand the state program "with a diploma to the village". The program clearly specifies social support measures for professionals in the fields of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who have arrived to work and live in rural localities. I am very happy that all these goals were found here. My husband and I decided to go to the village of Rudnichny in the city of Tekeli.

So, I have prepared the necessary documents. The Commission considered the application and approved it. In accordance with the programme for housing in the village Mining with the growth of 0.01 per cent, I have the opportunity to get a loan in the amount of 1,500-fold monthly calculation index for 15 years and a moving allowance in the amount of 70-fold monthly calculation index. With the financial support of the state, we purchased a 2-room apartment in the village. My driver works in the akimat of the rural district, village and number 7 as an English teacher in a secondary school. Young professionals who have received contract support must work in rural areas for at least 3 years. We decided that it was the right thing to shorten the village and shorten it.

- In modern conditions?

– No, now the situation of many remote localities is not comparable to the city. At the same time, thanks to the introduction of modern infrastructure, the construction of houses, and the involvement of qualified specialists, it is possible to create good places in small villages. Because, agriculture, animal husbandry, fruit, mining, such as a multi-source profession, both in the field and in the countryside. Of course, someone will not do this to us, we must dispose of our own wealth! In this regard, we, the youth, should be active, hard-working, active knowledge, and contribute to the prosperity of the village.

Although in 60-70 kilometers from the city, that is, in the village of Rudnichny at the same time was not. Roads to the village and streets of the village were also repaired. Social facilities, telephones, and the Internet, which are necessary for the life of the population, are working. The secondary school is equipped with a pre-school education center. We have two kids in this center. This year, under this program, 2 more young specialists received housing from the village and were employed in school. Our ranks are getting bigger and bigger. Now we will work hard, faithfully fulfill our teaching duties, and improve the quality of education for children in rural areas. Sometimes people think that the village is far away. No, the village is with us!

- So, "with a diploma to the village" is a comprehensive program based on ten dimensions, once in ten times, based on the economic and social situation of the population, national interests.
