On December 5, this year, under the chairmanship of the head of the office of the mayor of Kostanay, the ethics Commissioner V. V. Klochko, a round table Seminar was held on the topic "Modern approaches to the formation of official relations"

The meeting was attended by heads and specialists of departments of the city mayor's office.

On the agenda were discussed questions of formation of service relationship is given more importance. The behavior of a civil servant plays an important role in its activities, since its actions and actions are not only its business card, but also affect relations with employees and citizens. The image of the state as a whole will depend on how an employee behaves with colleagues and citizens.

The art of communication, the ability to build relationships with people, to find the right approach to them are necessary for any person. This ability is at the basic stage of life and professional success. One of the most significant difficulties in General and social psychology, both in practical and theoretical aspects, is the question of inter-individual relationships between people. Relationships are constantly expressed in contact groups.

Service relationships - a set of moral principles that characterize the official behavior of employees of the organization. Official relations in a state body are largely determined by the ethics of the head and subordinate. It affects not only the psychological climate in the team, but also the efficiency of employees, which determines the results of work.

Civil servants in official relations with colleagues must:

1) promote the establishment and strengthening of business and friendly relationships and constructive cooperation in the team;

2) to prevent or take other measures to prevent violations of professional ethics by other public servants;

3) refrain from discussing personal and professional qualities of colleagues that discredit their honor and dignity in the team;

4) prevent actions (inaction) that prevent colleagues from fulfilling their official duties.

Every civil servant should not only know and observe the basic rules of etiquette, but also understand the need for certain rules and relationships. The ability to behave correctly in society is very important: it facilitates the establishment of contacts, promotes mutual understanding, and creates good, stable relationships.

Following the results of the workshop, it is recommended:

1. heads of departments, specialists of the office of the mayor of Kostanay to increase the level of formation of official relations aimed at strengthening the standards of ethics and service ethics in the minds of civil servants.
