The Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ersayin Nagaspaev held a meeting with representatives of KNAUF.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the implementation of the project of "Knauf Gypsum Buryltau" LLP in Zhambyl region.

Knauf Gips KG is an international innovative production company that produces building materials.

The company has been actively working in Kazakhstan for many years, providing employment to residents of Almaty, Atyrau and Zhambyl regions.

The main products produced include construction mixtures based on dry gypsum, plasterboard and various gypsum products, aluminum profiles, heat and energy-saving insulating materials.

In addition, KNAUF produces gypsum stone in Zhambyl region.  The capacity of the enterprise is 600 thousand tons of gypsum per year. It fully supplies the Kapchagay plant with gypsum stone, as well as cement plants and other customers.
