One of the main directions of the Department of Public Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Zhetysu Region is to improve the quality of public services and control the provision of quality services to the people.
In this regard, in order to ensure the observance of legality during the provision of public services, the Department conducted a remote inspection of public services provided by the education departments of districts and cities, district, city, village schools and kindergartens in the region, and it was found that a number of violations of the law were committed by service providers.
For example, The Department identified 57 facts in the form of non-registration of applications of service recipients in violation of the order of public service provided by education departments, schools and kindergartens of Aksu, Sarkan, and Koksu districts, Tekeli and Taldykorgan cities.
As a result, the Department made an appropriate recommendation to the Department of Education of Zhetysu Oblast to eliminate the causes and consequences of violations of law, and to restore the rights of 57 service recipients by registering their applications.
