New changes to the Code of Administrative Offenses

From March 13, 2024, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Supplements to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan" entered into force. Changes have been made to 20 articles, responsibility for certain offenses has been strengthened and new offenses have been introduced.

✅ Interfering with the work of law enforcement and special bodies (including through the media and the Internet) - a fine of 30 MCI or imprisonment for 15 days.

⚡ Enhanced liability:
⚠️False invitation to special services - 60 MCI fine, in case of repetition 120 MCI.
⚠️Using an invalid passport - Fine of 200 MEC.
⚠️Violation of maintenance and protection rules of green flags - warning to individuals removed, fine of 30 MEC.

🔹 Liability simplified:
✅ Failure to pay for paid parking on time - fine reduced from 3 MEC to 1 MEC, in case of repetition from 5 MEC to 2 MEC.
​​ Driver Violation of traffic rules leading to a traffic accident resulted in only material loss - the suspension of the driver's license for 6 months was removed, only a fine of 20 MEC remained.

📲 Digitization and procedural changes:
💻 Administrative cases can now be reviewed online (via Zoom, WhatsApp).
📩 Fines are automatically collected. (Starting September 1, 2025)
Community works may be assigned for the following offenses:
🔹 Family offenses
🔹 Petty mischief
🔹 Pollution of public places
