The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken", the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies announce the holding of the "Labour Path" contest in 2025 in accordance with the action plan for the "Labor Path" contest. allows to determine. The goals of the competition are:

1) to preserve the continuity of generations;

2) to create conditions in enterprises and organizations for the formation of a positive public opinion about working people and the creation of new labor dynasties;

3) pride in Kazakhstani people for the achievements of their compatriots who have made a significant contribution to the development of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

4) educate young people in the spirit of respecting work, preserving and increasing labor traditions;

5) increasing the status of a working person in society and encouraging labor productivity within the framework of the "Common Labor Society".

The competition is held annually in 2 (two) stages: regional and republican. on the basis of submitted materials, the republican and regional commissions for determining the winners of the competition will determine the winners in the following nominations:

1) The best labor family.

In this nomination, the family with the longest work experience and the most awards will be selected.

Labor family is two or more generations of close relatives of the same family (one or both of the spouses with children or grandchildren), who are currently working and a group of employees of one organization with a total of at least 20 years of experience in this enterprise. The representative of the family of labor who started his career first is recognized as the head of the family.

The family of labor must actively participate in the public life of the village, district (city, region), help young people in vocational orientation, promote their profession;

2) The best mentor of working youth.

The most effective mentor with at least 20 years of work experience in this nomination.

3) The best young specialist in production.

In this nomination, the most active and diligent production worker whose work experience does not exceed 5 years is selected;

To participate in the competition, the following documents are submitted:

Participants of the competition submit the following materials in two copies to the local executive bodies of the regions, cities of republican significance and the capital in paper and electronic carriers:

1) the nomination is specified, freely an application for participation in the competition in the form;

2) a copy of the identity card;

3) a video clip of no more than 1-2 minutes on the topic of the nomination (if desired, the workplace and skills are indicated);

4) a computer presentation of no more than 1 minute (in Microsoft Power Point format) about the contestant (work, family, interests, hobbies and

etc.);

5) work copies of work records and other documents certified by the employer (certificate from the workplace) of each representative of the family or the employee confirming the work experience;

6) letter of recommendation from the employer or trade union.

If available (copies of the following documents): copies of state or departmental awards, diplomas, certificates of appreciation (if any).
