One of the achievements in the field of digitization in Kazakhstan is the ability to receive public services online. This system helps citizens to save a lot of time and avoid paperwork.

Currently, according to the register of services provided by the municipal state institution "Kokbastau Rural District Akim's Office", 5 types of public services are provided. They are:

1."Making a decision to change the target purpose of a plot of land"

2."Transferring a plot of land from urban, rural areas"

3. "Acquiring rights to state-owned plots of land that do not require trading (competitions, auctions)"

4."Transferring a plot of land to private ownership by immediate payment or installments sale"

5."Queuing up to get a plot of land"

There are several ways to get government services. First of all, by applying directly to the institution that provides public services. At the same time, the public service institution provides complete information on the service provided and accepts a set of documents in accordance with the principle of public services. If the public service is to be provided on an electronic basis, accompanying work will be carried out and assistance will be provided to apply online.

Next, receiving services online through an electronic portal is a very convenient and effective way. Citizens can apply for the necessary services through the eGov.kz portal. Also, mobile applications have become convenient channels for receiving services.

In addition, Public Service Centers (PSCs) are dedicated to providing services to citizens in a traditional way. In this direction, state bodies are holding various meetings, webinars, and explanatory works. In Kokbastau rural district, 4 meetings were held in 2024 to explain the principles of public service, and 93 people were involved.  Also, the quarterly and annual report of 2024 on state services was published on the district's official website. Also, frequently asked questions and answers related to public services are developed and published on official websites.
