In the last few years, important measures aimed at increasing the quality of education and improving the conditions for teachers and students have been implemented in the education sector of our region. Starting in 2020, an initiative to increase teachers' salaries by 25% annually was launched, and the results of this measure are already visible. By 2023, teachers' salaries have doubled, thanks to annual salary increases of 25%, as well as the introduction of additional payments for skill categories. This step was to recognize the importance of the profession of teachers and provide real support to employees of the education sector.

In Akmola region, great attention is paid not only to teachers' salaries, but also to the condition of students. For example, in the budget for 2025, significant funds have been allocated to provide hot meals to elementary school students. 7.4 billion tenge were allocated for 57,124 students studying in grades 1-4, which is 725 tenge per student for 180 school days. And 1,697,382.0 thousand tenge is allocated to students of grades 5-11 through the "General Education" fund, which is 850 tenge per day for each student. This measure is an important step aimed at providing students with the necessary food.

Besides, modernization of schools is actively being carried out. According to the plan approved in 2025, major repairs of 20 schools in the region are planned. In the process of modernizing schools, teaching aids and modern equipment were purchased, school furniture was updated, and measures were taken to ensure the safety of schools. In order to improve the quality of education and reduce the gap between urban and rural schools, special classrooms of new modifications are purchased every year. Currently, regional schools have more than 1,200 newly modified classrooms, and within the framework of the election program of the "AMANAT" party, it is planned to purchase 50 more classrooms this year.

Digitalization is also becoming an important part of the educational process. Due to the transition of textbooks to digital format, the purchase of textbooks for schools is carried out according to the schedule of reprinting, which increases the access of students to educational materials and increases the efficiency of the educational process.

Undoubtedly, in recent years, important steps have been taken to modernize the education system. The field of education is a golden pillar of society, a beacon that opens the way to civilization.
