Tram condition in Uskemen is still not satisfactory. Akim of the city Almat Akishov visited the tram park and familiarized himself with its current condition.

Today, renovation and reconstruction of tram tracks on Kazakhstan street, Myzy, Kabanbai Batyr and Sagadat Nurmagambetov streets, including near the bridge, are underway. Currently, 2.7 km of rail and 1.3 km of communication wire have been replaced. Passengers are facing difficulties due to the technical condition of old trams. Most of the modern trams are very worn out and need to be renewed," said Almat Akishov.

In this regard, the city head warned the management responsible for the lack of a systematic approach to the modernization of tram transport.
