From August 11 to 13, 2026, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held off-site training seminars in Taraz on the topic: “Algorithm of actions for officials of mobile groups of state revenue authorities when conducting customs control during the inspection of motor vehicles and in cases where signs (facts) of illegal movement of goods are identified.”

The seminars were attended by employees of the mobile groups of the State Revenue Departments of Almaty and Shymkent cities, as well as the Zhambyl and Almaty regions.

The off-site training seminars and meetings with relevant territorial units were held to develop unified approaches and practices in the activities of mobile groups, exchange experience, study regional practices, and analyze and discuss current and problematic issues arising in the course of customs control.

During the seminars, current issues related to the main areas of regional activities were considered, practical cases were reviewed, and specific issues requiring coordinated solutions were discussed.

Following the events, the participants exchanged practical experience and discussed further measures to improve the activities of mobile groups.

The implementation of modern approaches to tax and customs administration is aimed at establishing a convenient and transparent system of interaction between the state and business, as well as ensuring the effective implementation of the tax and customs policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
