The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, has repeatedly emphasized that the effective fight against terrorism requires the coordinated work of all state bodies, as well as the involvement of business and society in this problem. It is necessary to ensure the protection of objects that can become the main targets for pests.
According to Article 149 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, owners, managers and other officials are responsible for not properly fulfilling the duties of ensuring the security of objects against terrorism.
