The application for the state auditor qualification can now be submitted online on the eGov.kz portal

The new service is available to individuals and greatly simplifies the certification process. It allows you to submit all the necessary documents online and track the status of the application from your personal account.
The state auditor's certificate is a document confirming the qualification of a specialist. The holder of the certificate has the right to check the financial statements of state and private organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This document is issued by the National Commission, has a special degree of protection and confirms the candidate's qualification as a state auditor.
To issue a state auditor certificate, the candidate must submit an application on the eGov.kz portal, submit the necessary documents, and also pass an interview confirming his qualifications.
To use the service:
- log in on the eGov.kz portal and select the "Business" - "Licensing and accreditation" - "Registration (accreditation) and certification" section;
- Choose the service "Issuance of a state auditor's certificate" and click the "Online request" button;
- specify the contact number and email address of the applicant;
- select the qualification of the certificate and the candidate's foreign indicating that you are a graduate of a higher educational institution (if any);
- registration of an electronic copy of your education document with an attachment;
- registration of a copy of a document confirming the change of personal data (if any);
- attach a copy of the workbook and click the "Submit Application" button;
- confirm the service with one of the available signature methods;
- the result of the service is the user's It will be available in the "History of receiving services" section in the personal account.
The candidate can monitor the progress of the application in the personal account. Review of documents takes about 6 months. As a result, the candidate will receive a notification of permission to interview or a reasoned refusal. In case of refusal, the possibility of resubmission of documents is provided.
10 working days before the interview The list of candidates sent for interview on the website of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as The time and place of the interview will be announced. In addition, an SMS message will be sent to candidates.
If the interview is successful, the candidate will receive a notification of the state auditor qualification in his personal account, and the certificate will be available in electronic format in the form of a QR code.
