By order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1, 2025 No. 29 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2020 No. DSM-249/2020 of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the principles of assessment of knowledge and skills of students of educational programs in the field of health care, assessment of professional training of graduates, assessment of professional training of specialists in the field of health" and of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Changes and additions have been made to the orders No. DSM-283/2020 of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2020 "On confirmation of the results of continuous professional development of health care workers, approval of qualification level and confirmation principles". are exempted:

* with Category dates passed after January 1, 2021

* indefinite category re-registration

* confirming the existing qualification level

for medical workers with technical and professional education who have received post-secondary education or higher medical education in the specialty "Nursing", the qualification level of the equivalent qualification category, taking into account previous work experience

In order to reduce the financial burden on doctors, it was decided to waive the fee when retaking the exam for the first time with an unsatisfactory result. The cost of assessment for nurses has been reduced from 21,000 tenge to 17,000 tenge.

Medical workers can undergo the qualification certification procedure from 04/15/2025.
