Due to the end of duty the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Hong Kong and Macao SARs, PRC Mr. Seitakynov Almas held farewell meetings with the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in the Hong Kong SAR Mr. Cui Jianchun, the Chief Secretary for Administration Mr. Chan Kwok-ki and the Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Mr. Algernon Yau.
