Government services provided by the state revenue authorities in the Karaganda region

For the period from January 01 to February 28, 2025 (2 months of 2025), the state revenue authorities of the Karaganda region provided 200,092 public services, of which the largest part of 199,307 services or 99.6% were provided through electronic appeals submitted through the electronic government portal and the departmental portal, 284 services or 0.3% were provided through appeals On paper, 501 services or 0.1% were provided on an alternative basis through the Government for Citizens State Corporation.

Compared to the same period in 2024, the total number of services provided decreased by 10,037 services or 4.8%. The share of electronic services in the total remained at the level of the same period last year: for 2 months of 2024, this indicator also amounted to 99.6% (209,311 out of 210,129 services).

408 explanatory events were held to improve the quality of public services in the form of seminars, round tables, briefings, conferences, publications and media announcements.

Explanatory measures to improve the quality of public services covered 37,892 people.

For the state service "Receiving tax reports", the share of electronic services in the total number of services rendered in 2 months of 2025 was 99.8% (167,443 out of 167,837 services).
