In honor of Victory Day, on May 9, we visited the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, the respected aksakal Seitov Zulkharnai Seitovich, to personally congratulate him on the holiday and express our gratitude for the peaceful sky above.
We didn't come empty—handed - we brought sweets and also helped with the housework. We cleaned the house, washed the windows, put things in order — we tried to create comfort and give the veteran a little care and warmth.
The Aksakal welcomed us with joy, shared his memories of the war years and wished us to live in peace and harmony. His stories touched us to the depths of our souls and reminded us of the price at which Victory was won.
Victory Day is a symbol of courage, gratitude and remembrance. Taking care of veterans is our sacred duty.
