On registration of enforcement of duties of customs carriers and customs representatives in IP "Keden"

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about the launch of the module "Customs Registers" in the IP "Keden" from February 10, 2025. In this regard, the possibility of submitting applications and registering the enforcement of duties of customs carriers and customs representatives has been implemented through the "TPiN Assurance" module in the Keden IP.

This module implements the "one-stop shop" principle, providing centralized provision of public services from the submission of an application to the registration of collateral.

For the convenience of participants in foreign economic activity, it is recommended to accept applications through the Keden IP, with the exception of applications for the provision of originals of the pledge agreement and the property valuation report (dosyl), which must be accepted through the E-Otinish IP.

We also inform you that the registration of ensuring the fulfillment of duties of customs carriers and customs representatives through the Astana-1 IP is being discontinued due to the launch of new functionality.
