On April 25, 2025, the Deputy head of the Department of Justice of the Kostanay region, T.O. Nazhikanov, held a personal reception of the applicant on the issue of enforcement proceedings and the actions of the state bailiff.
   The deputy provided answers to all the questions asked in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
   Personal receptions make it possible to significantly strengthen feedback within the framework of the concept of a "listening" state and respond to citizens' requests in a timely manner.
