On April 4, 2025, the head of the Interdistrict Territorial Department of Enforcement of the City of Kostanay, Raykhan Tleubayeva, took part in a meeting on the pilot project "Cabinet of Resocialization", held at the Republican Institution No. 38 DUIS of the Kostanay region of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
   The aim of the project is to promote the re-socialization of convicts through interdepartmental interaction: representatives of government agencies visit institutions to provide support to convicts in social adaptation and reducing the risk of re-commission of crimes.
