As part of the implementation of the ideology of "Law and Order" and business protection, the prosecutor of the region, Marat Abishev, got acquainted with the activities of enterprises producing diagnostic medical equipment of Aktyubrentgen JSC and traffic light equipment of Svetokom LLP.

They show a low level of production load.

Aktyubrentgen JSC is the first and only enterprise in Kazakhstan, as well as one of the few in the CIS, producing high—tech X-ray diagnostic equipment for medical purposes.

According to the director of Aktyubrentgen JSC, the plant is currently only 28% loaded.

One of the reasons is the lack of long-term contracts for the sale of products.

Svetokom LLP is a unique company that manufactures traffic light equipment.

At the same time, it is loaded by only 30% of its capacity (it is possible to produce up to 2 thousand traffic lights per year.

According to the director of Svetokom LLP, this is due to the fact that contractors who have won public procurement purchase similar products in neighboring countries.

Moreover, these products are not purchased as a commodity within the framework of public procurement, as they are used by contractors as part of work on installing traffic lights or repairing and building roads.

Marat Abishev stressed that on April 16 this year, during a meeting with representatives of the business community of the region, Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov supported the prosecutor's office's proposal to create a special working group to analyze imported products in order to replace them with goods from domestic manufacturers that do not have a full load.

A working group has been established and work on the rehabilitation of these enterprises has begun.

Issues of support for domestic producers are under the control of the Akimat and the prosecutor's office of the region.
