In the Akkaayin District of the North Kazakhstan Region, the Probation Service Department, jointly with the Career Center, organized a job fair.

As part of the event, career guidance activities were conducted for citizens registered in the category of “job seekers” with the aim of assisting them in finding employment in vacant positions within the Department of criminally-executive system.

During the job fair, participants were provided with detailed information about the conditions for joining the service, the requirements for candidates, as well as the specific features and career prospects of working in the criminally-executive system.

Particular attention was paid to the social guarantees and benefits provided to employees. Participants were informed about the preferential calculation of service time: one year of service is counted as one and a half years. Subject to the length of service established by law, this provides an opportunity for earlier retirement.

The participants were also informed about timely and stable salaries, social guarantees and housing payments. The amount of monthly housing payments is 81,000 tenge for each family member. In addition, employees are entitled to free medical care and have the opportunity to receive education at the expense of the state.

Such events contribute to raising public awareness of employment opportunities within the criminally-executive system and enable interested citizens to obtain detailed information about the procedure for joining the service, working conditions and the social guarantees provided to employees.
