A MAN'S NAME IS REMEMBERED BY THE COUNTRY: A CEREMONY EVENT DEDICATED TO THE 80TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GREAT VICTORY WAS HELD

May 9 - the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War was celebrated at a high level in the district center. The event "The name of a man is in the memory of the nation" became a testament to the people's respect and reverence for the spirit of their heroic ancestors.
The solemn event was held in Victory Park with the participation of representatives of the district's intelligentsia, home front veterans, military personnel and youth. The event opened with the raising of the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan and began with the majestic melody of the Anthem. A minute of silence was observed to honor the souls of the heroes who sacrificed their lives on the battlefield, and wreaths were laid at the monuments in the park.
The festive gathering continued with a special concert program dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory. At the opening ceremony, the district akim Maksat Tangatarov and the chairman of the district maslikhat Serzhan Baisbayev delivered congratulatory speeches, emphasizing the heroism of our heroic ancestors and the importance of hard work in the home front. In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State, home front workers who contributed to the Great Victory were awarded the festive medal "80 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War". The veterans were specially presented with this honorary award by the district leaders.
During the event, the chairman of the district council of elders, Baltabay Zharylkasynov, the chairman of the district branch of the "Amanat" party, Saginbek Asylbekov, and the chairman of the Council of Afghan War Veterans and Disabled Persons, Akai Tles, also spoke, congratulating the audience on the anniversary of the Great Victory and calling on them to glorify the value of a peaceful life.
