In order to reduce the level of outstanding debts to the state, an operational and preventive event "Boryshker" is being held in the region from May 12 to May 21 this year.

   The Justice Department of Kostanay region, with the participation of enforcement authorities: the police, tax services, the prosecutor's office and private bailiffs, implements a set of raid measures aimed at compulsory debt collection.

   Joint raids are aimed at collecting administrative fines and tax debts to the state revenue by detaining debtors' vehicles that evade obligations. Such measures are applied in strict accordance with the current legislation and are designed to increase the effectiveness of the execution of judicial acts.
