A modern plant producing industrial coatings that protect metal from corrosion operates within Industrial Park No. 1 in Astana. Today, the company’s products are in demand not only in Kazakhstan but also in international markets.

The plant manufactured its first products in January 2022. Currently, the facility has an annual production capacity of up to 7,500 tonnes. More than 100 people work at the plant, and production is carried out in accordance with the international ISO 9001 standard.

The protective coatings manufactured by the company are used in the oil and gas, energy and metallurgical industries, as well as for bridges and various metal structures. Particular attention is paid to product quality: each batch undergoes laboratory testing to verify its composition, durability and colour fastness.

The service life of the coatings can reach up to 50 years.

Today, 95% of the plant’s products are exported. Kazakh-made products have already entered the markets of Russia, Uzbekistan and Türkiye. The use of locally produced coatings in the construction of the Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant in Türkiye is one of the signs of international confidence in the quality of the products.

The plant is not planning to stop there. The company plans to launch a new production line and increase its production volumes in the future. This, in turn, will create new jobs.

Another important goal is to increase the company’s share of the domestic market. The enterprise plans to increase the share of its products in the Kazakhstan market to at least 50%.
