As part of the implementation of the "Law and Order" ideology, on May 23, 2025, in the district of Beimbet Mailin, a joint meeting was held between Aliya Amanzhulova, head of the Department of Justice, Kaysar Myrzhakypov, akim of the district of Beimbet Mailin, deputies of the district maslikhat, representatives of the legal community and residents of the district.
During the meeting, Aliya Amanzhulova provided information on the activities of the justice authorities for the first half of 2025. The Head of the Department introduced the participants to the main areas of work, including issues of providing state-guaranteed legal assistance to the population, enforcement proceedings, registration of regulatory legal acts, intellectual property objects, including geographical indications, as well as measures to improve the legal literacy of the population.
Special attention was paid to the development of digital services in the field of justice. In particular, they discussed the introduction of electronic powers of attorney, online consultations, and other elements of Digital Justice.
In order to ensure the accessibility of legal aid to citizens, including in remote regions, a reception for citizens of the Beimbet Mailin district on legal issues was also held within the framework of the event. It was conducted by the head of the Department together with a notary and bailiffs. During the reception, appeals on the execution of judicial acts, registration of geographical indications, registration of inheritance and other relevant topics were considered.
In addition, a meeting of the Ethics Council was held on that day, where issues of professional responsibility and compliance with the standards of official ethics by civil servants were discussed.
