Today, Yerzhan Mynzhasarov, Chairman of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced the new Deputy Chairman of the Committee – Olzhas Nukayev – to the staff.

Olzhas Nukayev was born in 1985 in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. He graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Finance. He holds a Master's degree in Finance from the Financial Academy.

Olzhas Nukayev has been working in the state audit system since 2011, having worked his way up from an auditor of the Financial Control Inspectorate for the East Kazakhstan region to managerial positions in the territorial department and the Internal State Audit Committee.

In his new position, he will oversee issues of digital development and state audit analytics, as well as the implementation of strategic initiatives, including the rollout of the SMART AUDIT QAZAQSTAN(SAQ) project.
