The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan) is initiating a pilot project to automate the processes of assigning, refusing to assign, recalculating, suspending and terminating some social benefits paid from the State Social Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the State Social Insurance Fund). In a proactive format, applications for the appointment of social payments will be considered.

At the same time, applicants must meet certain criteria: receipt of social transfers from only one payer (except for the head of a private enterprise, head of a farm, a person engaged in private practice), their timely payment (not later than the 5th day of the second month after the reporting month), the monthly income of the employee on social transfers must correspond to the monthly income on mandatory payments, as well as to obtain the necessary information availability of a complete package of digitized documents and others.

The above-mentioned criteria will help determine the effectiveness of business process optimization and automation.

The start of the pilot project will be announced further.
